Charlie was friendly and knew what my car needed ( even if I wasn't sure ) the work was carried out on my drive and he showed me what was happening step by step. I haven't had a chance to drive the motor around as yet but after about 1½hrs Charlie was pretty confident that the problem was solved.

Charlie the mechanic was punctual friendly, polite, honest, extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice. His communication skills were first class and kept you informed at each stage not only for his benefit or transparency, but also the clients own knowledge and understanding as well as peace of mind .
