The communication with the mechanic was excellent with text messages ahead of the day and in the run up to the visit. He was super friendly and completed the work really quickly. I am a very satisfied customer as it was all done on my driveway with zero inconvenience to me and I saved a significant amount on the estimate from the dealer - which was subject to them getting the parts and taking my car away for a day.”
