“I am more than happy with the work Dave completed (replacing a very broken clutch). His quote was very reasonable and he could work on the date a chose and at a bit of a strange location (the car had broken down in a hotel car park).
His demeanour and confidence of the task at hand put me at ease upon him arriving. Very polite and approachable. Answered my questions about the job he was doing and explained things in detail and could call on 17 years of experience of clutch repairs.
My car (2007 reg) now drives almost as new (I can't say as new, as it is 18 years old), and should see me good now for years to come if I need it to.
All in all, 10 out of 10, cannot fault it (just wish the clutch hadn't broken at all, but I had 9 out of it's 18 years, so can't complain too much).”
