I only spoke to the mechanic over the phone, but he answered my questions fully. I have always been cautious about trusting my car with someone new, but I took the chance and was pleased with the service. Car was picked up slightly later than planned by a friendly assistant who left his car at my premises and drove my car to the workshop. I was concerned I wouldn't get the car back in time but MJ Car Solutions got my car back so I could drive home from work in time and the work completed without any 'additional costs'. Car is running well and feel confident that should I need too, I can use MJ Car Solutions again.

Very friendly and very quick, the only problem I have is because the price changed due to a different type of battery, I had to pay an extra £40.31, which wasn’t a problem, but when I checked my card statement it appeared that it had been taken twice. Just need to check if this was a mistake and if it can be rectified?

James was amazing, honest and reliable and helped us in the long run to what would of cost us a fortune.

Jed arrived, was friendly and polite and explained what was happening with my car as far as the MOT and the various requirements etc. Sadly, the car failed the MOT, but it was the report that was returned and the issues Jed highlighted, obviously some contributed to the failure at the MOT but some he pointed out, which would otherwise been oblivious too and for this I am grateful. Honest, punctual, polite, good humoured and knowledgeable. Jed and the service he provided were faultless, timely and stress free... well, until I got the fail, but that's not Jed's fault, my bad driving I guess. Great mechanic. Thank you Jed

Excellent service provided by Faisal. He was ontime in collecting and dropping off the car after the work has completed. Definitely using the service again.

Really happy with George. He had me as a late job arriving at 6pm. He then spent a good 2 hours trying to find the problem in freezing conditions. It got so late that he eventually took the CEM home with him to clean it up and re-test it. Fitted it back in early the next morning and problem solved. I'm a carer and need my car to be on the road at all times. I really felt George picked up on that and put the extra effort in to make that happen. Can't recommend this guy enough. 10/10

Connor is extremely knowledgeable, and has a unique talent of being able to explain issues and engine workings in very simple terms using analogies that really make sense. He diagnosed my car efficiently and a was a pleasure to have round.
