James contacted me ahead of the appointment to say he could come earlier if I wanted, which was great! He was friendly and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He explained what the problem was and said to contact him if there were any further problems. All in all I was extremely happy with the service and would definitely use again.

Very very knowledgeable with expertise diagnosed what the problem was which is exactly what I needed.ben will not leave until he finds the problem and puts the customers mind at rest.had 2 previous mechanics (cowboys)whom did not have a clue ben was early turned up and diagnosed the problem. If your lucky enough to get ben for diagnosis be kind like he is and make him a coffee at least lol

Ryan was fantastic, on time, performed my service quickly and efficiently. He also, ran a diagnostic check for my engine warning light, found the issue and talked me through all the details.

Brenden carried out the work on my car. Very happy with his service and will definitely use him again in the future. Had a full service done and he also advised me that the brake discs were worn, so that would need to be done with the brake pads.

Communication was good, phoned me that he is running late due to an earlier job. Said the service would take two hours and took my car away ,but took 3 hours. He did phone to tell me. Noticed after he left that the pollen filter hadn't been changed. I texted him about this , he said he would return the following day to change it. But he didn't and no communication. I also noticed the hinges , boot closures weren't lubricated. These are the only things I could check, I just hope all the other items a major service entails have been carried out. Would I use again? Not so sure.

Bob done a great job. ClickMechanic did not advise the mechanic that I need my car services so Bob did not have the parts need to complete my job, however his company dealt with this efficiently and arrange to come back late the same day to carry out the Service.

Did replace power steering pump but has left it without pipes and not bothered getting in touch about sorting the issue so now have to scrap it as not wasting time waiting on unreliable mechanic anymore

John came down from Gloucester (30ish miles from me), fixed the car for the price quoted, kept me informed and reassured me the car was safe to drive wheras others garages had scaremongered me.
