The work he did was fine. I’m still left with no breaks. They need bleeding but because the car is old he was a bit apprehensive about doing them where we live. So I now have to find someone or somewhere to get them done.

Had the mechanic looked under the car he would have noticed the exhaust hanging off the under side of the car. I aso paid £29.00 for a points check and this was apparently not done. This is estimated to take 1 hour yet the mechanic was gone in 15 minutes. Yes the catalytic converter is under warranty but this doesn't excuse the fact the exhaust pipe was hanging of the car nearly touching the floor. I was left none the wiser as to what was wrong so had to book another mechanic to take a proper look. Upon jacking up the car it was clear to see the exhaust pipe was hanging. Would not reccomend your company to any one.

Ashley was fantastic throughout the whole process. I had a number of last-minute changes of location (due to the weather!) for the work to be carried out - he accommodated me with no fuss! He was friendly and professional, explaining everything he was going to do. All while carrying out the work in the freezing temperatures! Would HIGHLY recommend!

I want to start by thanking Alan and his team for their help today. He diagnosed my recurring car issue right away and fixed it. They were quick, polite, and very professional. Before using ClickMechanic, I visited three garages for help. Each one said they couldn’t fix or diagnose my car’s chirping engine noise, which was getting increasingly loud while driving. My Vauxhall was making this strange sound. First, I took my car to Acton Auto Centre on Gunnersbury Lane, but they couldn’t fix it after keeping it for four days. Then, I tried Halfords Auto Centre, also on Gunnersbury Lane, but they held my car for two days before admitting they couldn’t repair it either. I took my car to Small Bills Garage in Acton W3, but they couldn’t fix it either. I gave ClickMechanic.com a try and Alan showed up at my place within two hours and I followed him back to his garage. He took a look at my car at his garage and diagnosed the engine chirping sound within 15 minutes. The problem was loose spark plugs, and he fixed it right away. Alan and his team are fantastic! I highly recommend them if you live in the area. Thank you, Alan, and your fantastic team! I’ll only be coming back to you from now on.
