great work, communications could have been better but the required work was done to agreed costs and much better priced than the local independant BMW garage or the main dealer. Cost was higher than the orginal Click Mechanic quote but was epxlained and agreed before work.

Kevin and his brother were excellent, they were friendly, punctual and upfront with everything that needed fixing. It was great that my car could be taken away and fixed without me having to leave my house and the price was extremely reasonable too. When I said I needed it back the same day if possible, they moved jobs around so that it could be done and returned to me quickly, which I am extremely grateful for.
