If you're looking for an incompetent, dishonest fraudster then Francois is the one for you. Know this, that no matter how liable he is for any damaged caused, items not reported, works not completed he will still charge you and accept zero responsibility for his incompetence. There's no point going to ClickMechanic as they are as impotent as Francois. Your best course of action will be Trading Standards, as they will take action. I hope this review saves at least one person from using this fraud. I suggest going elsewhere.

Jacek and his assistant were helpful and respectful, explaining what they were doing and why. They were very thorough in their investigation, and explained the problem in a way I understood. They arrived 10 minutes early and got on with the work straight away. I cannot fault them and would highly recommend.
