Didn’t meet the mechanic. The gentleman that picked the car up and dropped it off was extremely polite and pleasant made sure I had the locknut for the wheels before taking it away. Made me feel at ease that they had the right readers to rest the messages as three yrs ago it to four different readers to reset the messages. Picked up at 12:30 returned at 15:00. With a huge smile and explained the lock nut was back in place and to make sure I was happy with the car before leaving. Excellent service thank you. 🤩

I was under the impression the work would be undertaken on my driveway which I did think was quite unusual given it was replacing the clutch on a mini. I was then quite surprised when I was informed the car would be collected and taken to a garage. The guy who collected it was on time and called me 5 mins after he had taken the car to say the 'handbrake' light was on. This was in fact the engine management light indicating the fault. I was also told it was likely the car would be returned that day but was contacted late in the afternoon to say it would actually be ready the following day. As I was unable to see the mechanic in operation, it would have been helpful if photos of the damage and repair could have been taken. The car was returned and unfortunately the engine management light was still on as there appeared to be another fault. It would have been helpful if the garage could have diagnosed that fault whilst the car was at the garage so they could advise me. I have had this now diagnosed at a local garage and have the car in for replacement of the rear brakes tomorrow. Overall, I felt rather apprehensive letting some random person drive off with my car but maybe that's more about me than the arrangement.

Jordan diagnosed a faulty starter motor. He then failed to take the job after this diagnosis. When a mechanic was found to come out and do the job he did not agree with Jordans diagnosis. After questioning this with Jordan he was adamant he was right and tried to show me a video of a diagnosis machine that could have been for anything under anybodies bonnet. Needless to say I will not be using the company again nor recommending you to any of my social network.
