Great service. On time pick up and drop. Faults on the MOT were communicated to me and repairs done swiftly.

Mechanic was late but did call, arrived is a beat up car and was scruffy, not a good first impression. For the time spent on the vehicle, the mechanic was in a hurry, I fail to see how the report was produced, a lot of assumptions must have been made, certainly not worth the cost.

Best mechanic arranged through CM yet! Changed the washer pump in minutes.

Awful platform. Mechanics charge what they like - regardless of the inclusive package. When you complain you just get sent a bunch of generic emails saying they’re ‘just the middle man’. When I threatened trading standards, they finally stepped in but the resolution was cr** and I didn’t receive a reply. Sometimes things are too good to be true… this is certainly a good example. Avoid!!

Very pleased with the service provided! It was not the mechanic that was booked but two mechanics who arrived on time were polite if not particularly communicative! Suffice to say workmanship was excellent and they were respectful to both myself and my Mercedes .I will certainly be using click mechanic in the future.

Bill, was early, quick and prompt and even sent me a picture of updates, simple Oil change, but straight in and straight out. Definitely is these guys again.

Booked a pre purchase inspection for a jaguar xj 2010 portfolio listed on Facebook. As this was 2 hours each way from me a pre inspection saved me time. £185 for the inspection priority booking The report I received was a bit misleading as everything good or great. If I went off this alone I would have purchased the car. I spoke to Ajay after a few hours as he was busy on other jobs. He advised me not to buy it. Told me it was cat n. New wing and paint wasn't matching. Bumper was poorly fitted and headlight bodged wiring was smoking. He test drove it and said it was under powered. He said that the seller wasn't trust worthy and believes he was lying. The report should be better to align with the feedback.. 185 spent but it saved me thousands not buying the car

John was prompt, very communicative , friendly, tidy and did a great job and the price was very competitive.
