Noman was great, he replaced my clutch and did a great job. He also found another issue and I will be using him in future. I highly recommend him

Brendan was punctual and carried out the service efficiently. He advised of a couple of areas to look at on the car so i'll be looking at those over the next few months. Very Happy with work done.

The guys arrived on time and communicated throughout the day with respect to the issues found. Repaired everything on the same day and returned the car promptly. The only minor criticism I would have is that the interior surface had oil marks, but I'm sure these will clean off.

What a fantastic service booked the day before. Mechanic from Ottos Garage arrived promptly just after 8am and car was back with me just before 10am.

He kept me informed at all times on the diagnostic situation on my car, and went out of his way to be helpful and professional when I was in a vulnerable situation with my car stranded in a busy area- he worked on my vehicle despite it being in a very awkward location with speed and attention to detail. I have just got an MOT failure on my vehicle and the reason is due to incorrectly fitted rear pads. This has been very expensive to rectify otherwise without MOT certificate I would have not been able to drive the car
