Shaun was fantastic. Called me soon after I booked to talk me through his service, and when his work would be carried out. Went above and beyond, even checked certain details that aren’t typically included in the service I bought, for no extra cost. Great communication throughout via call and WhatsApp. Detailed report, and explained everything to me verbally. Advised what was and wasn't a true issue , i.e real problem vs expected wear and tear for age of vehicle. Exactly what we needed to make our purchase with confidence, from a distance

Gareth picked the car up on time and returned it on time. We had agreed it was best to take to the workshop due to the weather conditions. All work carried out as scheduled. When the car was returned Gareth provided feedback on findings during the service.

Very happy felt a little weird at first as the clutch wasn’t coming all the way back up when contacted the garage they othered to bleed the hydraulic again but it didn’t need it in the end so very satisfied

They do good job, but they forget to give me back wheel locker another send me locker but was wrong. Still waiting when send me wheel locker back.

Mechanic was very pleasant Company not so good… mechanic was given wrong item for my van & he then had to go there & back an hour to get correct item. Company only refunded me a bit & cannot send me full invoice of costings! I have to email click mechanic v weird
