Johnnie was great, explained what was wrong - and fixed it! Needed to reset service indicators, which another mechanic failed to do. All good now!

Leny came on time and his approach was very friendly. He did the required diagnostics and he carried out an additional work that was necessary. The car is yet to be monitored in the because the problem was more complicated and the job he did was only one of the possible issues cousing it. Everything was done within the day. I am happy with his services.

Ryan was excellent and really helped me out of a situation that could have been extremely problematic regarding travelling to work by replacing the brake shoes and discs at extremely short notice after a failed MOT. This is a tricky one. The initial work was done OK but the mechanic was unable to clear both the fault codes relating to the works. The stubborn code required an interface that the mechanic didn't possess so he said he would order in the part or find an alternative solution off-site. It transpires that another solenoid needed replacing and I arranged for this work to be done directly with the mechanic as it is not a service offered through ClickMechanic. This work took a while to organise and was eventually done off-site. The vehicle was returned, but immediately flagged a new engine fault, with new performance issue so bad it was undriveable. The mechanic, whilst not accepting liability as it was a new engine fault, offered to try and diagnose the problem from a recording of the engine noise, despite a description of the driving issues and advisement of the new engine error code. I didn't do this. I resorted to using an alternative vehicle, which was painful given the faulty vehicle is a van. I finally got around to looking at the vehicle today and discovered a pipe had not been properly reconnected after I suspect the last works were completed as it was in the same area of the engine the previous works had been. I subsequently reconnected this pipe myself and the fault and performance issues appears to have been resolved, leading me to concluded this was a mechanic error/oversight!
