The mechanic was very unpolite and rude and not happy at all with the work they done. Firstly my car is a Toyota Rav4 and my key from the car is smart key. My car was broken down on the street, i booked DNA Autocar LTD to come out and recover my car in the service. They send me a photo with the problem after they said the main power connection to the strarter motor is broken and they think that caused the smoke when I tried to strart the car. A new one cost me 415.47£ for part and labour. After all this when I went to collect my car, my car was not detecting the key and my left part of window is not working properly. So I bring back my car on service and asked them why my car is not detecting my smart key as before was working and my window as well. They said I need to change the battery in both smart keys. I bought 2 new batteries which was 20£ but the keys still didn't work. After they said the chip in the both smart key are damaged but my second smart key never been used so how can be damaged? From my front windows they said due to dirty runners they reached the top then back down just after I cleaned is still not working. I made a complain on google at there website and this is the answer I get from them: "We advised you of what the problem is but you believe that whilst we were fixing your engine we sabotage your windows and key. We have asked that you stop contacting us" how come they write to the customers not to contact them anymore? That is really rude and not right.If you don't look into it i will complain forward to thre Motor Ombudsman.

100% happy with the work from John, obviously a very experienced pro and incredibly knowledgeable about older vehicles which gave me huge confidence. Quick, no fuss, worth every penny to get my van going again after some months of it being sat static. Vehicle check was very thorough; highly recommended.

Don’t know where to start, the first time Jameel had my vehicle it came back with a damaged pressure sensor which he argued he didn’t do, we came to an agreement to divide the cost of a new one between us, Jameel came and picked up my vehicle and carried out the work, when he returned it he parked it in such a way that I could not see the passenger side as it was up against my house, I took the vehicle for a drive and on my return noticed a dent in the passenger door, I informed jameel and he came to view it and admitted that it was “probably” him who caused the damage, he immediately contacted a body shop and now I have to take it in for repair at Jameel’s cost.

John was friendly and kept me informed of arrival time well as I know what the traffic can be like in my area. Work was carried out quickly and cleanly. Would definitely recommend and use again in future.
