Darren was excellent, he was available earlier than expected, he contacted me to see if he could come earlier. Thankfully I was available and Darren came earlier. He was very efficient and completed the work without fuss, very impressed.

I contacted Click Mechanic for a same-day diagnostic inspection and requested the earliest appointment available, which was between 12:00 and 14:00. The technician called me at around 11:49 to inform me that he would arrive at 12:44. Just before his arrival, I received a call at 12:42 stating that he was already waiting beside my car. Simon Law, the technician, asked me about the symptoms of the problem with my car and then got to work. He ran the engine, listened to its sounds, and plugged in a computer to check for any recorded faults.

Darren was great really new his stuff brilliant work ethic too he came had a short chat about what I thourght had happened and he cracked on and got job done on exactly on time he said thanks for a great service 👍
