Mechanic was very friendly. The resolution of the issue took longer than expected, three visits. However this appears to be an issue with ClickMechanic quoting incorrectly for the work and the garage initially also not fully appreciating the work involved. Even though I was left without a car and needed to catch a number of trains to attend a family function, the garage honoured the original quote which I was very impressed with. The mechanic did a great job and I would definitely use ClickMechanic & especially Westbourne Motors again.

My technician Connor was perfect. He arrived at the time he said he would. He only carried out work, and charged me less than initial quote that he deemed necessary. (I requested tracking also), but he assured me after test driving it all is fine. He was fast and efficient and easy to talk to. I will be recommending Ventus Autoworx to friends and family.

George was fast to communicate, got straight on the job and left a thorough report. I was at work when George attended but he spoke to my wife, and not only provided the full service requested but also left some comments that gave me comfort that my newly purchased, very second hand van was a decent purchase.
