Andrei did a great job and the van has been fine in the days since I’ve driven it. He also directed me to an other issue which would need fixing in future so that was appreciated also.

Really bad service they charge me £10 for time slot and not arriving in this day, reschedule for next day and came 1.5 hour late after 10min hi call his boss and they realised that they own computer is not compatible with my car and advise me to go to Mercedes-Benz. So finally, they charge me £80 for telling sorry please go to Mercedes-Benz.

I was charged for work that was not done.I am not happy.I need a refund because no work was done on my car.

Dean was truly excellent. He went above and beyond to check every detail on the car, found a couple of important defects to be dealt with and was a pleasure to speak with on the phone. I would highly recommend Dean without hesitation.

Kamran was awesome, turned up on time and completed the requested work. He found a problem with a crossthreaded plug that wasn't parted of the original job but repaired it on the spot. No fuss no drama. Great effort all round. Will definitely use ClickMechanic and Kamran again.

Despite late arrival (2 hours) was quick to review fault codes and narrow down the problem (10 mins). Provided a synopsis/photos relating to the problem in the receipt which will be useful in tendering for further work.
