Nice easy experience! Lee was great. He called to let me know he was able to come earlier than planned if I was available (which I was). He was very friendly on arrival and confirmed that my diagnosis was correct (phew). He completed the job very quickly and took the time to stop and get me so that he could show the new part installed prior to closing the area back up. This is a really great way to build trust in the work and a nice touch. Everything is now working well. I'll definitely be using Lee again. Many thanks.

I cannot remember the mechanics name but, that’s because I can’t remember where I’ve left my keys half the time, he did introduce himself though. He was professional and courteous throughout and explained exactly what he was doing, during the time he was with me. After replacing my battery he did a full diagnostic to make sure all was OK with the car. This gave me peace of mind and confident the car was safe to drive.

As i previously said. they turned up spent half hour shining there torch & then said it would need looking at when the weather improved. plus i even had to open bonnet for them How do you think they done ?
