Omer was prompt and friendly. He explained what he had found and luckily there was no mechanical fault with the car just a bit of cosmetic work. He said he will send me details of garages that could help with the cosmetic work that needed doing. He took photos of the car which he showed me so I could see the underneath of the car. I would call Omer again if I needed help.

the service from Swift Car Hire was excellent thank you. Mark was very attentive, phoning me prior to arrival and keeping me informed of the return of my car. However, last time I used Click Mechanic (for replacement discs and pads) the work was carried out on my drive. Yesterday, when Mark called to confirm his arrival time he told me he would be taking the car to Hounslow, returning it later in the day. I therefore had to pay the ULEZ charge of £12.50 on top of the original fully inclusive price quoted. Click Mechanic were aware of my postcode and car registration when I made the booking so you would have known my car was not ULEZ compliant and that I lived outside the zone. I am a bit disappointed that you did not give me the choice of an on-site mechanic or at least inform me at the time of booking that the car would be driven into the ULEZ zone (at my expense). Has this been flagged by any other customers? Does your booking system need updating to make sure other customers don’t get caught this way? Finally, would you please consider refunding me the cost of the daily ULEZ charge (£12.50) on this occasion as a gesture of goodwill?
