I HONESTLY THOUGHT I WOULD BE PROTECTED BY CLICKMECHANIC IF ANYTHING WENT WRONG. THEY NOW TELL ME IT IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM, THEY CAN ONLY ADVISE BALK BAIG TO DO THE RIGHT THING, BUT NOT COMPELL THEM. IN FACT THEY APPEAR TO BE ON BALK BAIG'S SIDE, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE

This service was so stressful, Monday 18th pickup for service and MOT, MOT failed, there was 7 failures, so a lot, but none picked up in the service!!!. So parts ordered, shows me an invoice from Fiat workshop, but not paid for so only a quote. included engine oil, oil filter, air filter 2 tyres, discs, brake pads, and other parts, sorry no one buys engine oil which £37.99 from a fiat dealer, and he told me the tyres were coming from place next door. All very expensive, but I have no choice and say go ahead. Thursday Im told will go for retest and i will receive later, no car. Friday, still no car, Saturday Mot done, but no car. Sunday He tries to get me to pay directly into his Monzo bank account. £1239.22, I say no, as im supposed to pay on his phone via checkmechanic app. He then keeps ringing and wont stop. Eventually sends me a link to checkmechanic on mobile, and sends the car back to me, even though ive told him i will only pay on his phone app. When car arrives, the driver parks the passenger side very close to a wall, but will not give me the keys, until I have paid, I argue to no avail. So I have to go through link he sent to my phone, the amount is £1239.22 which we had both agreed previously, the details are not correct has wrong postcode, but i have no choice, but to carry on, as he not interested. So its done. however when driver has gone, I turn on engine to find a triangle warning sign and a warning saying to check daytime lights, and sure enough when I do passenger side is not working.
I did not move the car until next day to find there are two dents on the passenger side. I had taken pictures before car was taken with collection driver in the picture. I also took a picture of mileage.
It is 40 miles to garage so that 80 miles and added say 5 miles to check brakes however the car had done 129 miles. Also I queried the mileage after mot to be told MOT had made a mistake, whether they had or not it still 45 miles unaccounted for. the service book was also filled in with wrong date and mileage. I have of course let both OMER BAIG AT BULK BAIG know and clickmechanic, I have no response whatever from OMER BAIG, and clickmechanic only pass the messages to OMER BAIG, nothing else. FINALLY I WAS CHARGED £125 for priority delivery. This HAS NEVER been discussed I knew nothing, until i received a receipt, bearing in mind the link i had clicked was for £1239.22, it turns out the link allowed OMER BAIG to charge this amount as the link was only for a booking, so when car was delivered, it looked like a priority booking and delivery next day, and on clickmechanic's website it states that priority bookings are charged at £125. and that was the response I have had from clickmechanic. USE THIS COMPANY OR BULK BAIG AT YOUR PERIL. I now have two dents, faults on my car which were not there before, loss of petrol and been overcharged to boot, I wonder what else? I am sure that if you get a good garage, this all works like a dream, but is it worth taking the risk.

Poor communication, had to follow up myself a few times in order to check the progress of the work being done on my car. Oversight to return the service booklet with the car, replace removed old wheel nuts and spare wheel nuts that came with the car. I spoke with Omer about this in person and he appreciated my feedback, he explained it was an unusually busy day but I would still appreciate good communication throughout the process no matter what. Everything was sorted out in the end but didn’t worth the extra stress and calls.
