Omer was really great, he did a comprehensive job on my car and communicated all developments clearly over whatsapp which made it all a lot easier to understand and trust they were doing a good job. He changed the battery for free and found and sealed up a leak I mentioned I might have, as well as having the whole car MOTed and serviced with all fixes done within 24 hours. We were incredible impressed and will book again for sure! Thanks Omer!

Omer was prompt and friendly. He explained what he had found and luckily there was no mechanical fault with the car just a bit of cosmetic work. He said he will send me details of garages that could help with the cosmetic work that needed doing. He took photos of the car which he showed me so I could see the underneath of the car. I would call Omer again if I needed help.

Omer was great, the diagnostic showed up a problem with the catalytic converter but he offered to flush through the system rather than just advise to replace it which saved me a lot of money. Very happy

Omer was given a priority booking and asked to diagnose the issue with my gearbox and suggest next steps. He said that he would source a replacement part and that it would take some time to arrive. I have waited patiently for two weeks and messaged him on numerous occasions since the part was due to have arrived but he now simply does not respond. I’m deeply frustrated as I appear now to be back to the start, none the wiser.

Omer was great, much better service than for on a garage as he has a network of people he can call on for touch problems to diagnose. My problem had stumped 2 garages, one the main dealer! Omer called on a specialist pal to help and they found the problem! My DSG Passat had gear issues and no error codes - the found the code and identified the Mechatronic to be the problem 👍🏻
