Ariel was professional, punctual and friendly. He replaced my alternator fast so i can drive my van again. I would highly recommend him

Aerial phoned and asked if he could turn up early, which I agreed to. He wasn’t the quickest but he seemed to know what he was doing. Upon completion of the alternator change, my car wouldn’t start as battery flat. He didn’t have any jump leads or any way of getting the car started. He left it up to me to get the car going the next day. Also, he charged me £27 over what I was quoted when booking. Won’t be using click mechanic again.

Ariel was brilliant. Knew everything about what he was doing and very friendly.

Unfortunately my mechanic was not aware of what a full service entails.. he changed my oil filter and air filters thinking that was all he needed to do. He then told me he was going to have to speak to somebody about it. I have no paper work to say what checks he has conducted … just a signed log book. So really I have no idea what he has .. hasn’t done. I’m not happy at all as I don’t believe all the checks iv paid for have been carried out. In total he spent 40 minutes for a full service. Brake fluid and anti freeze have not been touched along with the power steering fluid which I am now aware off having getting someone to check after he left.
