Given a time slot of 3 - 5pm, arrived at 6. No communication to advise on late arrival I had to ring.
Very pleasant character who explained what was going on throughout but the problem was unusual to him and he advised that either my new battery was faulty or that it needed a good charge. We are in the process of elimination at the moment.

Driver who collected car was fine. Work carried out seems ok to early to tell.
Price crept up to £250 from 170 due to extra bits required. However job turned into 2 days from 2 hours

Thank you for your feedback, we review all feedback and make changes where appropriate. The job that was booked in was for rear brake shoes as was requested by yourself. In actual fact the issue was more work was required hence parts needed to be ordered. We kept you informed of the issues and agreed costs prior to commencing any works.
Special order parts are next day and this process is out of our control. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, to this end we carried out a complimentary health check and provided a free top up of all required fluids as a gesture of goodwill.

Audi A4 Replace pads and discs and clean both Calipers
Remove caliper, clean and lubricating to ensure as best possible movement this will need replacing.

Nissan Qashqai Alternator replacement

Overall fairly satisfied. Took the car at 10:30, got it back at 19:00. Seems a long time to change an alternator. I never saw the mechanic at all, only spoke over the phone.
