Vauxhall Corsa Water pump replacement
Fix two leaks on pipes connected to radiator and water pump.

Impossible to tell on the work. It has had a new water pump fitted but I did say in the extra questions that I only thought it was this and wasn't sure. My problem was over heating and cutting out.

The site manager has looked into your allocated work and any issues where we could improve.
In this instance only the agreed works were carried out and additional diagnostics were also done without any charge to yourself. There were multiple issues with your vehicle that were picked up by the team and we tried to help with the scope of works which were assigned only.
The work booked in was for “change water pump” and not diagnostics. The water pump was leaking as were two other coolant system pipes.
The coolant systems repairs were not charged for and took approximately 2.5 hours.
We felt and in discussions with yourself, suggested no further works be carried out to the vehicle as due to the age and value these were not cost effective.
Overall we feel we went above and beyond and apologies if this still did not meet your expectations. Thank you.

Audi Q5 EGR valve replacement
Remove complete egr pipes and re clean internals as allowable to help with air intake. Clean intercooler for egr and ensure better airflow where possible.

Vauxhall Zafira MOT with collection & delivery

Diagnostics and extended test drive
Remove, test and re fit the new blower motor.
Remove the egr valve and maf sensor, theses were blocked with excess carbon/soot. Parts were cleaned in a parts cleaner and with electrical contact spray for the maf sensor and then refitted and diagnostics carried out to check for previous faults.
