Dean was excellent. In terms of punctuality he actually turned up early!!-which was helpful for our day. He was very personable and friendly and carried out our intermediate service very efficiently. He pointed out all the good things with the car but also the areas that need remedial work for which we have been happy to book Dean again

Mechanic was ok, when he dropped the car off, he did not put the engine oil cap back on properly and there was engine oil everywhere. He mentioned about finishing the engine oil and filter, and additional jobs but never completed the job, I had to chase the mechanic to organize a time and day for him to complete the work, that never came to fruition. Have been chasing him since the middle of Feb 2024. Receiving a refund and will be taking the work to another mechanic. Would not recommend this mechanic or the garage he works at.
