Barry was great, I requested urgent work following an MOT failure, he turned up to my home the following morning and completed the job so I could could get the retest as soon as possible. Passed no issues, would definitely recommend.

Zac was fantastic. He collected the car and brought it back spot on time. He showed me the old parts and had a chat. Zac gave me some very good advice that could potentially save me money in the long term. The car runs spot on. I will be using click mechanic and requesting Zak for any future work. The pricing and the workmanship was fantastic.

Kami was good and polite and on time with plenty of communication. I did find the price quoted for parts very expensive and the recovery vehicle costs very high, on top of the initial diagnostic cost and additional £50 premiun time slot fee. Very happy with in which the work was carried out however.

Feeling quite ripped off . £130 for a catalytic and lambda clean ??? You can buy a bottle of the stuff for a tenner . Questioning if I'd been a man would I have needed this ?? My car passed it's mot with flying colours . But seems impact solutions wanted more money from me apart from the standard mot/full service fee . Yes the mechanic was polite . He was nearly late to pick my car up . Also did not give me a paper copy of service so I have to find a printer now . This is inconvenient. Did I not pay enough IS for a paper copy of the service ? Really not impressed . Having second thoughts about using click mechanic again . Probably better off booking it in local garage .
