Ben arrived within a couple of hours of my posting the job. He ran diagnostics as requested, and gave me an appraisal of what was probably required to fix the problem.( A.C and heater malfunction) Unfortunately citroen dealership is required to do the job, but no complaints with Ben's input.

Van was picked up on time at 9am, I hadn’t heard anything from the garage so at 3pm I had to phone to find out what time my van was being brought back. I was told it wouldn’t be back until 7pm. I was not expecting for the van to gone all day for a half hour job. I also have a tracker fitted on my van and at 2.50pm they moved my van out of there garage and on to the road a few roads away. When I phoned to find out what time the van would be back I asked where the van was for him to say it was outside, when I explained I had a tracker fitted so I knew the van had been parked a few roads away he apologise and said he would move it back to the garage (which he did). As for the actual work carried out I have no complaints.

Charlie was helpful and professional, he replaced my bad battery for a new one, I'm very happy with his work.

All good, he spent 25 mins with us, and we need a new starter motor so i am asking him to quote for work. Not sure how that works though, as I think we had him booked for 1 hour, and so if thats the case, any engineering time for fitting the starter motor, will that mean we have 35 mins left over still to use??
