I'm sorry I can't comment on the quality of the work as I was not present during the inspection. However I can't fault the punctuality or the communication. I had trouble with the booking form which cost me extra over the published price but wasn't informed until the last minute. I,m 100 miles away from the seller so perhaps the booking form could be made a little more user friendly? Or am I the only one who had a problem?? On the plus side I was pleased with the quick resolution.
