Ilie was apologetic for not arriving on time and the lateness was down to unforeseen circumstances. That aside, his excellent work and communication was commendable. Llie was very knowledgeable and knew the car inside out. On completion of the service Ilie explained what had been carried out showing me the parts that had been removed and replaced.
