Aaron is a top mechanic. Knows his stuff. He is very systematic about how to go about the diagnosis and fault finding. I had an intermittent fault and he worked very hard to get to the bottom of the problem using the BMW diagnostics and his natural wit and understanding. I think lesser mechanics would have let this be and just said contact me when the problem recurs . He is dedicated to providing great service. I 💯 per cent recommend this guy. 💯

He was an hour late arriving. He couldn't do the work in the day despite the quote saying it would take 2 - 3 hours which was fine and we agreed the next day. He even brought the car to my work so I could take the keys and that's where the good part of the review ends. The issues started when he called that next day with a list of other problems my car had despite having passed an MOT two days earlier with none of the problems he mentioned and having seen 1 mechanic before him and 1 after to check the work he had done and they said these issues didn't exist. Some of the problems are things that would've come up on the MOT (Had they existed) and which another mechanic showed me simply weren't true. I am convinced he was trying to keep the car in and get more money from irrelevant repairs. Because of this terrible experience of what another mechanic called 'scare tactics' I will not be using this service again and I will most definitely do not recommend this particular mechanic.

Theuns was super efficient and was done in no time. He also warned me about an issue with one of my tyres. Nice guy, great service. I may never use a normal garage again.

I used a guy called Jon, shoddy work. Changed my back centre light and cut the water pipe and wires that connects the windscreen wiper. He then joined them back together so when I tried to use the windscreen wiper the water just leaked round the exposed wires. Shock and not the first time he’s messed up. My fault for going cheap. Stay clear.
