Whilst the work took longer than expected, when we discovered that there as additional work required, the price of this work was more then double what it should have been. I fell that the was an upsell attempt as you had my car and the mechanic himself had no say in the matter. Quoting nearly £800 for £300-400 of additional work and parts has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will never use this service again, and of course never recommend it.
