Very satisfied with the service I received. I had a water pump replaced. The garage checked the fault was accurate, fixed it within the day. The price was unbelievable compared to the car manufacturer and originally garage - £300 savings. I got my car serviced 48 hours after submitting the request. Only negative is you can’t really get hold of them over the phone but that being said the app chat allows contact - which I was happy with. Overall, very happy will visit the site and garage again (hopefully not too soon)

Very polite ,came on time, completed the job and now I have no heating problems with the car ,nice to have someone reliable and no what they are doing ,as most of the mechanics were trying to say it was flaps or other stuff when I knew myself it was the matrix as it’s a common fault and all the symptoms of a blocked matrix ,Josh. The mechanic arrived within the time slot allocated, diagnosed the fault within 2 minutes, and then told me he was too busy to fix it on the same day. He did however provide a quote for what work was required and I managed to get another mechanic to repair it. It would have been helpful to have been told prior to booking, that it may not be repaired on the same day.

Thiens was fantastic, friendly and quick- he went to extraordinary lengths to help me find the cause of the problems- and eventually found it! He really went above and beyond and was super friendly too. Great
