Saqib was very friendly, communicative and knew well what was needed. He investigated the issue and I was confident he would do a good job.

Vehicle had first class review in the condition report and I went ahead and purchased the car BUT following delivery to my home I discovered that the aircon was not functioning although the review said it was working properly. Luckily for me the dealer paid for me to have the system re-gassed. My faith in the report was diminished somewhat so I am keeping my fingers crossed that no other faults appear in the near future. It rather negates the whole point of having a pre-purchase inspection carried out.

More verbal communication and explanation would be very helpful for pre-purchase inspection especially . The mechanic told me "the car is good" after I asked him for opinion. That was all the information I have got at that moment (before the written report). However, I am happy with the service you provide and I will use it in the future as well.

I would definitely recommend Rakhshanda. He is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient and lovely. I had an unfortunate accident and he replaced my wing mirror assembly efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend him.
