Luke was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quite thorough which is what I always look out for. He worked through snow and cold conditions, and yet still worked efficiently and thoroughly. I had to get rebooked in, but Luke and his company would always keep me updated. Will definitely be booking in again with Luke, and ClickMechanic did not disappoint with finding me a trustworthy and local mechanic. Very satisfied with the service provided today so all 5 stars from me!

Yes he was but they weren't able to fix the problem because you ordered them to carry out works based on my suggestions on your form. Surely you should advise them to check the problem before commencing work. I have now been invoiced and the problem hasn't changed !

I can only offer 1 star because I can't show what has been done. Vehicle was picked up on time. Was advised that it would be best to have an oil and filter change. Cost would be £60. Also, that the oil pump should be cleaned. Cost £140. Agreed to the oil and filter as the works were already at £478. The final cost was £565. Also, no receipt - other than an email with what work has been done how do I show that the Cambelt had been changed? I really don't like that because it lacks transparency. Also, the money is paid when the mechanic has said - not when you are satisfied. I have little doubt that the work has been done but can't show that it has to anyone who would want to buy the car at a later date. The oil change was almost 50% more than quoted when the car was picked up. This was a leap of faith on my behalf for the sake of convenience but if they're not providing receipts for any work done then there remains an element of doubt. I would not recommend this service.
