On a snowy day in March I was quite expecting the appointment to be cancelled However Filip rang me to tell me he was definitely coming along but would be late due to motoring conditions He arrived was most apologetic about being late and promptly undertook the work He was polite fast and efficient for which I thank him

Terry was excellent from start to finish. The appointment was delayed due to earlier delays caused by the overnight snow, but he kept in touch with me to let me know. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made thorough use of the diagnostic kit to identify my problem, which he was able to resolve without needing replacement parts. I was very pleased with the whole service from booking to completion.

Rob was very informative, explained every step. Phoned before arriving also arrived early and it was in the snow. Came with his apprentice both made me feel comfortable and in great hands. Put the car on the diagnostic and pointed out the problem and went through each step making sure I knew exactly what I needed to improve. Turned up near the start of the 2 hour window and quickly got to work replacing the starter motor.

Thought I'd use click mechanic to save me some time. Simple oil change on my Audi resulted in me having to take my car to the garage as the mechanic damaged the sump when draining the oil. I'm now left to foot the bill for a new sump & fitting but obviously I won't be using click mechanic to do that work.
