James is a very professional guy and he took his tome to explain to me in detail.

Excellent service, Chris from the garage went out of his way to ensure that my working day wasn't impacted, coming out of hours to collect the car keys.. they then did the job and delivered the car back and dropped the keys through my letter box, can't fault them at all

Azhar very kindly looked at a Volkswagen Tiguan for me which is 2.5hrs away from me. He produced a 25 page full report covering every little detail. He then called me to go through the report and answer any questions I had with the car and what he found. All the photographs were very thorough and helped to explain things to someone who doesn’t know anything about cars. All in all I think my experience was excellent and I would 100% use click mechanic again. Thank you again Azhar!

Imran arrived within the time slot allocated. He was polite and carried the work out really quickly (replaced a clutch). Helpfully pointed out that the car needed another bit of work doing which could wait for my next service. Would use him again, but he travelled quite a distance.

Ed let me know he would be early and called me to give me a precise time, which he stuck to. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and made sure that I understand what what he had done. I would happily have him back.
