William was fantasic, communicated really well, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Explained everything in a phonecall before the report was sent to make sure I understood eveything. Would definitely recommend.

Sam was great, arrived when he said he would, very good at explaining the process and what the issue & fix was. He did run into an issue with the fix but came back the next day and finished off the work. Highly recommend Sam and his work.

Good communication. The cost of the service was over three times higher than expected and I still don’t know what the hourly rate is for labour, so it’s hard to know if it is reasonable value or not. It would be good for this detail to be clearly listed. The service work carried out appears to be of good quality. I will find out over some long road trips soon.

Happy with the MOT and service, however, the mechanic forgot to sign the service log so we had to remind them. They also left the fog lights on in the car - luckily we used it the next day and the battery hadn't yet gone flat.

Imran was friendly, informative and professional. He even sent me a video of the issues with my vehicle so I was able to see exactly what I was dealing with. Even though I ended up spending more then I intended on an MOT & Service due to extra works, I was assured that good quality parts had been installed and all work had been completed to a high standard.
