It seemed like a very quick inspection and the report was pretty much all green lights. Days after purchasing the vehicle 2 engine fault lights came on, causing loss of power and the garage I have taken it to has identified numerous other serious issues, several of which, they say should also probably have failed the recent MOT. This will be expensive to fix, so much so that the mechanic said the van is pretty much an economical write-off and I should think about getting rid of it.
