Service was great, full communication, mechanic was friendly and carried work out to high standard.

Still getting service warnings after they serviced the motor . Will give them a call when they open.

After an initial problem with communication All work carried out to a great standard and the communication improved

I was expecting the mechanic to collect my car between 8am and 10am for a service and MOT he did not turn up there was no communication that he was going to be late despite messaging on this app and attempting to call the garage only for it to ring out. It took using the resolution centre for the mechanic to get in touch he eventually arrived over 3 hours later which caused great inconvenience , with a half hearted apology he had then said the car would be back by 5pm I was told that extra work would be needed (which is understandable ) by a message on the app which I think is something that should have been discussed in a phone call and now won't have the car back until Monday creating more inconvenience and still expected to pay full price for a disappointing service and communication.

I am extremely happy with the service I have received from both the mechanic and office staff. The car was picked up out of hours and delivered back to me. I will be happy to use them again.

Really happy with the work done on the car. Pickup was a bit over an hour late, but I was kept in the loop about why, and when to expect the pickup.

Timing belt and water pump replacement ! I’m very happy with the job and price! Definitely I will use that garage again!
