Off the back of my last review I'd like to update it by saying Shane did a very kind thing, taking my car in for a free diagnostic, as my car was still having issues. It turned out there was a few other things that needed doing besides the wheel bearing. The wheel bearing issue itself was definitely fixed, as the loud noise has gone away and it handles better than it did originally. Shane and team kept me updated on the day they were diagnosing the car and dropped it off in a timely manner. I was very happy with the service. It was great to find out what the underlying causes for the vibration were (it still vibrates at 60+mph), and I feel much less anxious now that I know how to proceed.

This is my first encounter with clickmechanics and I was very impressed with the service. I have driven my car today and all seems well with it. There was plenty of communication and the car was collected and return well within the times given. The staff were polite and helpful. The price was very reasonable given previous quotes.

Will was fantastic, super friendly and absolutely amazing job! Whatever we asked, he was very knowledgeable about. He replaced our clutch on his own in front of our flat where the ground is not ideal and the space is not very wide. Absolutely amazing!
