Joseph carried out a range of tasks in trying to find out what the problem with the vehicle was, even going to the length of researching additional information that may be causing the problem and then carrying out the work. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and talked me through all the tests and tasks he was performing so that i was aware of what he was trying to check. I would certainly call on Joseph again recommend him to other customers.
