Ebo was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to reconnect the washer pipe in no time. Unfortunately he was not able to fully repair my issue with rhe car windscreen washer. The advice he gave me was also not accurate, according to KwikFit mechanic.

I found Click Mechanic on my Google search, I had never heard of them before. I did some research and found lots of very positive reviews, so decided to give them a go and I’m so glad that I did. The booking process was simple and they managed to find me Adam, who was able to fit in with my date & time slots. Communication was excellent once the job had been picked up, and again, on the day of arrival. As promised, he arrived on time and was very polite & explained what he was going to do. After running the tests he found that a sensor needed replacing on my wheel and that was what was causing the engine lights to come on. Everything was explained to me in great detail. An hour or so after the appointment I received a detailed report of the findings and a quote to get it fixed, with no pressure to use Click Mechanic for the repair. I decided to book Adam again to fix it a couple of days later. The whole process was so easy and even better that I didn’t have to leave the house. I would thoroughly recommend Adam, he was very knowledgeable & friendly… and my car is fixed!! Thank you
