They didn’t turn up during the designated time slot. I had to ring after the time slot was over and discovered they couldn’t get the parts so they were coming the following day. It would have been nice to be informed as I was sat at home waiting. The job was completed the following day. I asked if the warning light had been switched off and was told by the mechanic it had been… only to find out when I got in my car, the warning light was still there. I’m not sure why the mechanic wasn’t honest about this. I contacted him but didn’t get a reply so ended up having to Google how to do this myself. Avoid.

Yes he was very friendly. And as it was a full service and mot you dont really get to see what work has been done.

Dan was great. He kept in touch when he was running a little late. He was open and honest when he arrived advising me that some of the work wasn’t needed. He completed the work well and in a timely manner. All in all an excellent experience

Sorry I didn't remeber their name but he was great rang me with an eta and he turned up bang on to his eta ( I did originally book a morning slot and was given an afternoon slot wasnt the end of the world just meant I had to move some things around but wasn't a huge problem) would book again
