Bobby is V friendly. I’m not happy as I got my car back at just after 5pm . Picked up at 10ish. Said I can hv my car back at 1pm. Didn’t call back after 1 until I txt at 2ish .reason for delay is wrong part was given and had to wait for correct part . No communication until I txt

Mick was so helpful and friendly, he and his team took my car from my house (car would not start) got the work done and within 24 hours the car was back at my house!

Communication not satisfactory. I should have been given the results of the full service BEFORE the MOT inspection so that I could authorize remedial ACTION so that it would pass first time. Instead I was told that it had failed the MOT and had to ask why.
