Florin was great! Called me to let me know the exact time he would arrive, and when he got here he got straight to the Job, took a little more than which was accurate the the quoted time. Then let me drive the car around for my peace of mind before he left. He was knowledgeable and allowed me to ask questions about another car of mine before he went, would definitely recommend and use him again!

Michael and his colleague arrived within the specified window. Good communication though out the oil change process and work completed with 30 mins of arrival. Diagnosed a faulty sensor came back fitted it car started. Gone 59 mins ago now car not starting again! Paid over £500 for call outs diagnostics and parts. Still not fixed. Annoyed

I am really disappointed with the customer service I have received from Patrick. I booked in for an MOT and full service with collection. Collection was requested a day early (on a Sunday) by the mechanic due to lack of avaliblity (even though it was pre-booked). Communication around this was awful, I was told to expect collection ‘soon’ at 6:45pm and after very limited communication, collection was finally at 10:30pm. I had to then find alternative transport to, from and for work that day. The same lack of communication and and professionalism was seen when the car was returned to me. I was told to expect the cars return ‘before 6pm’ and the car finally arrived at 10:30pm again. This poor level of communication is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I was also not given appropriate or clear updates on the cars MOT results or work that was being done. It lead to a lot of additional work and stress on my end, I am left feeling disappointed. The actual work on the car is fine but the customer service was not up to par.

Failed to turn up because he had a bigger job to do forcing us to make alternative arrangements leaving us without a car and his alternative time arrangement was completely unsuitable and still charging us a cancellation fee Will not be using click mechanic again Giving one star because no stars isn't an option

Had booked for a 12pm pick up , received a text pick up would be between 8-10AM , luckily It was ok , Mechanic turned just after 10AM . Car was dropped off as promised just after 3pm . Had paid for full service and MOT. Informed everything was fine , took car out and disappointed to see warning light on dashboard , called garage and it appeared he was aware of this and felt sensor may be faulty and could need changing . Disappointed that he did not raise this earlier when he had the car , now I need to figure where to go to get this problem looked at .
