Avoid. Unfortunately this was a nightmare experience, we received our car 4 days late. Where not told costs of work prior to them being done and given back a car that still needs work after that time. We booked a Service and MOT, Informed the mechanic of some issues with the car prior to it being collected. I've had cars that have not been used for 1-2 years be serviced, have issues and be fixed in 3 days. We understand that sometimes things can take time, but this mechanic truly took the mick. No communication throughout, at some point we honestly thought the car had been stolen. We are really disappointed with the service and outcome.

Nevzat was awesome. Really clear communication and advice about what to do. the car had problems and he went and source the correct parts at the best price for me. Lovely bloke and great work.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Great communication throughout and got work done perfectly. Mechanic was great but not so happy with click mechanic the company who tried to re authorise my card a second time after I had already paid. This was not the mechanics fault or anything to to with mechanic but an admin/office issue. The emails from office I suspect are computer generated but luckily mechanic was fantastic and sorted out my queries. Would definitely use again

Dylan was excellent. Great communication prior to the appointment and changed the discs and pads with no issues. Highly recommended.

The work carried out by Lenny was excellent cam belt and auxiliary belt all sorted, the only let down was no seat covers and my leather seats got wet, he did clean them, but seat covers would be much more professional

Florin was great! Called me to let me know the exact time he would arrive, and when he got here he got straight to the Job, took a little more than which was accurate the the quoted time. Then let me drive the car around for my peace of mind before he left. He was knowledgeable and allowed me to ask questions about another car of mine before he went, would definitely recommend and use him again!

Michael and his colleague arrived within the specified window. Good communication though out the oil change process and work completed with 30 mins of arrival. Kindly mention the need to have timing belt and water pump looked at on next service. Overall a good experience and would use again. Many thanks
