Max did the work on my van today, full disc and pad replacement front and rear, called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm and was on bang on time. Completed the work in a little over 3 hours which was half the time Ford quoted me, and gave me full update explanations throughout the job so I was aware of what was being done, why, and any other issues to be aware of. He also identified another job that needs addressing that was missed by another mechanic, and advised on the necessary work and likely cost, which was greatly appreciated. I can’t recommend highly enough, incredibly easy booking and quotation process, top quality work by Max, and very competitive pricing. Not sure I’ll bother using any other service again to be frank.

He was friendly and knew a lot about what he was saying and explained it to me in words I understood. When we found out I needed more work doing that what I had first thought he talked me through it, got his manager to discuss it with me and gave me a thorough price breakdown. Him and his manager did everything they could to help as the extra work was going to cost much more than the original job and they were very patient while I worked out what to do. He carried out the work quickly and to a great standard. Would definitely recommend
