Good thorough diagnostic. Happy with Nikolay. He took a good amount of time and checked all the issues I was concerned with. Have booked him in to do the repair.

After i managed to track him down by looking on the net for his number he was great and rang me back later to explain everything. The job was booked between 2 and 4 . The guy selling the car was just about to go back to work after getting hold of the mechanic at 4:30. Guy had my number and the customers number. He turned up at 5 and the customer said he checked everything. So he was good at the mechanic bit , customer care needs working on.

Replaced the brake pipe that had deteriorated but did not bleed the brakes properly, told me that the front passenger side caliper needed replacing so I was left with no brakes after his repair. Had to get another mechanic the next day to bleed the brakes properly and there was nothing wrong with the caliper, so it cost me another £100 on top of the £200 I had already paid to click mechanic, not impressed and won’t be recommending them .

Work was done quickly on our driveway, so I didn't have the hassle of taking the car into a garage as we have 3 small children. Thank you

He was late I had to call to find out if he was coming. He gave a totally wrong diagnosis and made me buy spare parts that were not needed. Still charged me. I sort a second opinion and the issue was sorted under 20 minutes for a fraction of the costs he was asking for.

Very frustrating experience. First of all the guy was over a hour away! How have we even got matched at that sort of distance! These details should be listed on the website once a match has been made with a mechanic! I've basically paid for someone to use 100+ miles of my fuel. Secondly the guy wasted 2 and a half hours of my time, he was a hour and a half late for picking up my car, and then a hour late for dropping it back. Thirdly they have lost my service booklet which had full service history in it. Never again. Thoroughly disappointed in the service I received.

Phill was amazing. What a knowledgeable mechanic who had time to discuss my car problem. I would definitely recommend Phill to anybody. Maybe I shouldn’t mention this but just before the Phill was about to leave one of the locals in the village ran to my house to tell me a lady had collapsed in the pub. Phill did what was duty bound and ran to the pub to assist. Today he went well above and beyond. Thanks Phill.

Shane was Incredibly communicative, made sure I knew about every part he removed and replaced, helped readjust certain previous faults with my car at no extra cost and I really felt like I learned alot. Would highly reccomend!
