Dumitru was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and able to diagnose an issue we have had with the car for a while, explaining what the fault is as well as replacing the rear brake pads and discs and advising us that the front ones are also ready for replacing.

Yes Andreas was knowledgeable and he did the job well. Andreas communicated with me to explain the problem exactly and seemed happy for me to peer over his shoulder. He also diagnosed another very simple issue which needed to be fixed.
