Friendly guy, did a good job. Rang before he attended which was great. It won’t let me submit the review for some reason maybe there is a minimum word count? That’s why I wrote this extra paragraph, It’s off putting and hassle. He fixed the breaks I’m happy what’s more to say.

The mechanic that eventually turned up the following day did the job as expected - but no apology was made for not turning up on the pre-paid and pre-arranged date the day before. I was kept waiting for 2 hours without any communication on the pre-arranged date - I then had to contact them to find out that they couldn't make it. Really poor service and horrendously awful communication. It cost me £400 of my time to wait for a no-show. I expect a full refund.

Being an ex-mechanic, I knew what had to be done and how long it should take, I have somehow got old and no longer have the tools so tried ClickMechanic and from there Matt got in touch. He was punctual, and he let me know he was on the way and was very polite. Not only did he complete the job a lot quicker than I had expected, we were chatting after, and he was very knowledgeable about mechanics and left me suitably impressed.
