Ben was very polite and answered everything I needed to know about the job he was doing today But the only query I have even though i have had a oil and filter change the oil doesn't look any cleaner?

What can I say I’m lost for words Bill and team were excellent.called me to say we are on our way to pick my vehicle up.sent me pictures of what was wrong which was nice of them.once the job was completed they called me to say we are coming to drop the vehicle off.i took it for test drive myself no problems after.i will definitely be using A1 Autos in the future.

Very pleased with the service, Kaz let us know when he had arrived and started to inspect the car and then spent a good amount of time afterwards talking to my daughter (who was buying the car) to go through his findings, for which I am very grateful as it gave her great peace of mind!

James was really helpful, friendly and punctual. Diagnosed that the coolant was low, but wasnt able to ascertain why the coolant was low so the problem wasnt fully rectified.

Second time using Click Mechanic and Michael. Always takes the trouble to explain the faults and issues with the car and is thorough and accessible with the information provided. Excellent knowledge base and gave options for fixes.

Valentin arrived within the agreed timeslot. He listened to my explanation of what the issue was and we mutually agreed the battery needed replacing. He resolved the issue and took the old battery away also. I tested the car and the lights etc. so did a complete and thorough job. Would definitely recommend him.
