Stephen communicated clearly and arrived to the job on time (early actually which was great). I had booked for a pre purchase inspection as the car was miles away from me. He gave an honest review of the vehicle including some minor issues. I’ve not picked the car up yet but his review helped me make the decision to purchase and hopefully it works out well!

James was thorough, and quick to solve the problem. Although it turned out to be partly driver error he did not make me feel a numpty, and instead explained how to avoid the same thing happening again. I found him to be friendly and informative.
