Arranged times did change but that may not have been in the mechanics control. Sam did the diagnostic and was very clear about cost of part and repair. Luke carried out the repair quickly and efficiently. There was another issue but not something that could have been detected before. Really polite, friendly guys. I would recommend their service.

The guys arrived on time and communicated throughout the day with respect to the issues found. Repaired everything on the same day and returned the car promptly. The only minor criticism I would have is that the interior surface had oil marks, but I'm sure these will clean off.

What a fantastic service booked the day before. Mechanic from Ottos Garage arrived promptly just after 8am and car was back with me just before 10am.

I have just got an MOT failure on my vehicle and the reason is due to incorrectly fitted rear pads. This has been very expensive to rectify otherwise without MOT certificate I would have not been able to drive the car

Dan was friendly and knowledgable. Whilst he got delayed on an earlier job, he kept in touch so we knew his eta and it wasn’t a problem at all. He got our car started straight away!
